Hosted at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai, from November 14th to 16th, 2025, the championship brings together the top esports teams from multiple states to compete at the highest level.
CEGC 2025 marks a landmark moment for the Tamil Nadu gaming community — being one of the first government-supported global-scale esports events in the state. Welt Esports proudly qualified for the final LAN stage of the Chennai Esports Global Championship (CEGC) 2025, a prestigious national-level esports event hosted by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Competing among some of the finest teams from across India, our BGMI squad showcased exceptional skill, consistency, and teamwork throughout the tournament.
In the semi-final stage, Welt Esports secured the #3 position in the first round qualifiers, earning a direct qualification to the grand finals held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai. This milestone reflects our continued dedication to competitive excellence and our commitment to representing Tamil Nadu on the national esports stage.

Being selected for the CEGC Finals LAN is the result of countless hours of practice, strategising, and supporting one another through every challenge, and to celebrate this achievement while connecting with our fans, we placed promotional banners across key locations in Chennai. Each banner represents our journey — the late-night trainings, the victories, the setbacks, and the shared moments that have shaped us as a team. Walking through the city and seeing these banners reminded us of how far we’ve come and how much we can achieve when we move forward together as a family. This campaign was never just about visibility; it was about sharing our story, reflecting on our growth, and celebrating the trust, teamwork, and camaraderie that define Welt Esports. As we prepare for the finals, we carry not only the determination to succeed, but the encouragement, pride, and love of our fans and family, proving that Welt Esports is more than an organisation — we are a family that grows, celebrates, and wins together.
